 Network  

 We run all Ubiquiti Networks Unifi networking hardware.  

 Access to the Unifi console is available to suitable individuals with a need. But needs approving by Committee.

 We have a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro for our main router.  

 We do also pay for Ubiquiti CyberSecure and it is active on our network.  

 This is based on all CAT6 cabling (some old runs of CAT5 may still exist, if you find identify and share info). So should be Gigabit through out, we do have some NIC Teaming / Link Aggregation between switches for multi gigabit links where deemed needed.  

 WiFi Network  

 Again this is all Ubiquiti Unifi ...  

 We have reasonably complete WiFi coverage both in and out of the buildings. 

 RAC being a faraday cage is intentionally not very well served.  

 Internet 

 We pay for Gigabit download and 120mb upload. That we deem sufficient for our needs.  

 We do occasionally get internet drop outs, we put this down to a combination of, rural location, rural power grid and system updates. The discussion has been had as to wether it is worth adding a 5g backup, this was not deemed necessary yet.
